Refund policy

We at Advanced Adhesives Group aim to make every order a positive experience, we are happy to assist if you need to return a product.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is unopened, in its original packaging and in good condition.
• The request is made within 14 business days of receiving the goods.
• The return has been approved by Advanced Adhesives Group before the item is sent back.
• Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once the returned goods arrive at our warehouse and are inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

• Order or Invoice Number
• Product Name
• Lot or Batch Number or Manufactured Date
• Photos of the issue
