Ordering and Shipping

How long is dispatch?

Orders are packed and dispatched by the next business day when items are in-stock.

What shipping options are available?

We offer three shipping options.

- Standard (2-7 Business Days)

- Express (1-4 Business Days)

- Same Day for Metro NSW (If booked by 10am)

Tracking Information

Every order includes full tracking. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation. If tracking has not updated after this time, feel free to contact us we would be happy to assist with an update.

International Freight

While we don't allow international freight through our website yet, all of our products can be shipped worldwide. Feel free to contact us directly where we can assist.

Storage and Shelf Life

Best storage practices

No matter which adhesive you are using. It is always recommended to store your adhesives in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from any heat sources. This is not only the safest way to store adhesives but also extends their shelf life as much as possible. Repeated exposure to poor conditions can cause the adhesive to not perform as designed.

Shelf Life

The shelf life of adhesives we carry varies from product to product. Please check the individual products description (at the bottom) for its accurate shelf life. We would never send a product that is out of date and do our best to inform customers when a product is close to its expiry.

Returns and Refunds

When returns are acceptable?

Returns are accepted no questions asked up to 14 days from receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original, unopened, unused condition and approved by our team BEFORE sending back. Freight for return is the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge a restocking fee.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once the returned goods arrive at our warehouse and are inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.
