Shipping policy

We ship Australia wide and offer several delivery options to suit your needs.

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery: Available nationwide with typical transit times based on your location from our main warehouse in Smithfield, NSW. 2-7 business days.
• Express Delivery: Available nationwide with faster transit times for urgent orders from our main warehouse in Smithfield, NSW. 1-4 business days.
• Same day Delivery for Metro NSW, available when orders are placed before 10am on stocked items. Orders received after this time will be shipped in the afternoon run and received next day.

Dispatch Times

Orders for in stock items are normally dispatched by the next business day. If any unexpected delays occur, we will notify you promptly.

Rural and Remote Areas

Deliveries to rural and remote regions may attract additional charges. These will be calculated at checkout. Please allow up to 7-14 business days extra for delivery depending on carrier.

PO Boxes

Some items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes due to certain carriers not delivering to PO Boxes. If your order falls under this category, we will do our best to accommodate however, if unavailable we will contact you for an alternate delivery address.
