The NEXTITE 400mL 1:1 Ratio Dual Component Cartridge Dispenser is a versatile tool designed for dispensing 1:1 two-part structural adhesives with precision. It provides convenience without requiring air hoses or electrical cords, allowing for easy use directly on site. It applies equal pressure to the dual pistons, ensuring the correct mix ratio during dispensing, eliminating the need for weighing both components.
NEXTITE and ACRI-BOND Dual Component Adhesives require the use of a compatible dual component cartridge dispenser and static mixer nozzles. It is important to use the correct applicator and mixer for each cartridge size, as 1:1 ratio systems are not compatible with 10:1 ratio systems or other ratios cartridges and accessories. Each cartridge type requires the matching dispensing applicator and static mixer designed specifically for its ratio. There are also seperate Dual Component Cartridge Dispensers and Static Mixer Nozzles for different cartridge sizes.

How to use the Static Mixing Dispenser
The Static Mixing Dispenser comes in two pieces the black piston needs to be inserted from the front of the cartridge. You are able to push it through by releasing the silver lever unlock at the back side of the cartridge. Pull the piston all the way through then attach your cartridge and lock it in place. To make sure the cartridge is in place correctly slowly apply pressure with the trigger. Now just attach the appropriate static mixer nozzle to your cartridge. You are now ready to use your 2-Part MMA or Epoxy mixture accurately.
