65mL Applicator Bottle + 3 Tips

Our 65mL Applicator Bottles are part of our precision application system. Paired with a 50mm Precision Dispensing Tip of Various Sizes you can precisely apply adhesives and glues to any application.

The bottles are made of LDPE which is safe to use with most solvents, adhesives and glues.

Product Overview

The 65mL Applicator Bottles are part of the Precision Applicator System, designed to work with our precision dispensing tips, lure cap and applicator bottle.

Simply attaches by twisting the tip onto the lure cap it seals at the base so no leaks will happen from the cap.

Precision Dispensing Nozzles Sizes to suit 65mL Applicator Bottle

a. 0.4mm x 50mm length – Precision Dispensing Tip and Plastic Hub – Blue Base.

b. 0.6mm x 50mm length – Precision Dispensing Tip and Plastic Hub – Pink Base.

c. 0.8mm x 50mm length – Precision Dispensing Tip and Plastic Hub – Green Base.

d. 1.6mm x 50mm length – Precision Dispensing Tip and Plastic Hub – Olive Base.

What Tips for your Application?

0.4mm ID (Blue Base) and 0.6mm ID (Pink Base) are suitable for thin viscosity adhesives. From 1 - 100 CPS, Products like, ACRI-BOND 105, 3D-BOND 135 and NEXTITE 501.

0.8mm ID (Green Base) are suitable for medium to thick viscosity adhesives. For a smaller bead with thick adhesive (more precise application) use this tip. From 100 - 1500 CPS, Products like ACRI-BOND 110 and ACRI-BOND 125, 3D BOND 140 and 3D BOND 145, NEXTITE 503.

1.6mm ID (Dark Green Base) are suitable for medium to thick viscosity adhesives. For a thicker bead with thick adhesive (more adhesive to be dispensed on application) use this tip. From 100 - 1500 CPS, Products like ACRI-BOND 110 and ACRI-BOND 125, 3D BOND 140 and 3D BOND 145, NEXTITE 503.
