Instructions for use
- Bond areas should be clean and free from grease. Clean
all surfaces with NEXTITE PROPREP Surface Preparation Cleaner and allow to dry. - To use, Part A and Part B must be blended. Product can be applied directly from the cartridge by using the plunger supplied and dispensing through the supplied
mixing nozzle. - Hold the cartridge upright and insert the plunger. While keeping the cartridge in an upright position, remove cap, attach the mixing nozzle and press the plunger hard to break the seal (you will feel a release) and begin dispensing the adhesive upward until any bubbles present in the smaller component have been removed.
- Dispense and discard a bead as long and as wide as the mixing nozzle, to ensure sufficient mixing.Â
- Apply the mixed adhesive to one of the bond surfaces to be joined. Parts should be assembled immediately after the mixed adhesive has been applied.
- Bonds should be held fixed or clamped until adhesive has fixtured.
- Keep assembled parts from moving during cure. The bond should be allowed to develop full strength before subjecting to service loads.

Shelf Life, Storage and Pack Size
NEXTITE HA5070 has a 6 Month Shelf Life when stored correctly.
When not in use, store in included foil packaging in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, an enclosed cabinet is recommended, to extend the shelf life of this product. Keep the open container tightly closed do not leave open.Â
