The formulation is free from isocyanates, phthalates, solvents and silicones.

NEXTITE MS300 FLEX is a high performance MS hybrid polymer all round sealant and adhesive. It delivers reliable bonding and sealing across a wide range of applications. Developed as a hybrid sealant and adhesive, MS300 Flex provides exceptional adhesion to most common building and industrial materials, making it an ideal choice for trade, construction, automotive, marine and general assembly work.
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, MS300 delivers long term performance in demanding environments. Once cured it can be painted with most paint systems and offers excellent resistance to UV exposure, weathering and moisture. Designed to remain flexible across a wide temperature range after curing, MS300 permanently absorbs movement and vibration. Its advanced hybrid polymer technology delivers strong mechanical adhesion and long term durability, creating reliable bonds that withstand demanding environments.
Unlike many traditional sealants and adhesives, NEXTITE MS300 FLEX is free from solvents, silicones and isocyanates. It's neutral cure, low odour non corrosive formulation provides a safer and more user friendly alternative for both professional and industrial applications.

Instructions for use
- Surfaces must be clean, dry and grease-free prior to bonding. Use NEXTITE PROPREP Surface Preparation Cleaner prior to applying adhesive.
- Allow for the cleaner to flash off before applying NEXTITE MS300 FLEX.
- Apply NEXTITE MS300 FLEX with a suitable high ratio caulking gun.
Shelf Life, Storage, Colours and Pack Sizes
NEXTITE MS300 FLEX has a 12 Month Shelf Life when stored correctly.
Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
NEXTITE MS300 FLEX is currently available in white and black. Other colours available for special order.
