Product Overview
The WaveCure Mini UV LED Curing System delivers high-intensity UV Curing performance in a compact, easy to use package. This makes it ideal for trade/ workshop use as well as in manufacturing/ production environments.Â
The WaveCure Mini features a powerful UV LED Module designed to provide fast and consistent curing of our UV Adhesives. This system excels in applications where UV light is required to pass through thicker plastics or materials that are resistant to UV where weaker UV lights tend to struggle. This system provides adjustable UV intensity from 0 to 100%, giving you precise control over the amount of UV intensity is required for different materials, material thicknesses and applications.
Operation is simple and hands free with the included foot controller, allowing the operator to activate the UV system while keeping both hands available to position and hold the workpiece. The WaveCure Mini offers two operating modes. In manual mode (Mode 12), the foot controller is used to switch the UV output on and off as required. Alternatively, the system can be operating using the adjustable timer (Mode 14), with the foot controller used to start each cycle. This makes it particularly useful for repeatable production work and production lines where consistent timed curing times are required.
The compact curing design makes the WaveCure Mini easy to incorporate into an existing workbench or manufacturing line without taking up unnecessary space.Â

UV Safety
UV light can cause injury to the eyes and skin. Never look directly into the UV light source or expose skin directly to UV light. UV-Safe gloves should be work when operating the system and the use of UV-rated safety glasses is strongly recommended, as UV light can reflect from working surfaces.
Always follow appropriate UV safety procedures when operating UV curing systems.
