Product Overview
The WaveCure ProX UV LED Curing System delivers high-intensity UV curing performance in a compact, fully programmable system, making it ideal for trade and workshop applications as well as manufacturing and production environments.
The WaveCure ProX features four high-powered UV LED modules that operate simultaneously, providing powerful and consistent UV exposure across the work area. The high-intensity output is designed to deliver fast, reliable curing of UV adhesives, including applications where UV light needs to pass through thicker plastics or materials with higher UV resistance, where lower-powered UV systems can struggle.
A fully programmable touchscreen interface provides precise control over the curing process, with adjustable UV intensity from 0 to 100% and a programmable curing timer. This allows curing parameters to be tailored to different adhesives, material types, material thicknesses and applications, while providing repeatable results for production work.
Operation is simple and hands-free with the included foot controller. Once the workpiece is positioned, a press of the foot switch activates all four UV LED modules simultaneously. The programmed curing time then controls the duration of the UV exposure, allowing the operator to concentrate on positioning and assembling the workpiece without needing to manually operate the curing system.
The combination of four high-powered UV LED modules, programmable intensity, adjustable curing times and foot-controlled operation makes the WaveCure ProX particularly well suited to repeatable production applications. Consistent curing parameters can be used from one component to the next, helping improve process control and reduce variation across production runs.
Despite its high-powered curing capability, the WaveCure ProX maintains a compact footprint, making it easy to integrate into an existing workbench, assembly station or manufacturing line without taking up unnecessary space.
Whether you're bonding components in a workshop, carrying out repairs and assembly, or integrating UV curing into a production process, the WaveCure ProX provides powerful, controlled and repeatable UV curing in a compact professional system.

UV Safety
UV light can cause injury to the eyes and skin. Never look directly into the UV light source or expose skin directly to UV light. UV-Safe gloves should be work when operating the system and the use of UV-rated safety glasses is strongly recommended, as UV light can reflect from working surfaces.
Always follow appropriate UV safety procedures when operating UV curing systems.
